About Luke Sanders
I'm Luke Sanders — a London-based osteopath and strength coach. I work with lifters, athletes and people who want to build a stronger, more resilient body — free from pain and limitation.
Too many people are told to rest, stop training or just manage their pain. I don't believe in that. I bridge the gap between rehab and training so you can keep moving, keep building and feel your best — whatever your starting point.
