About Luke Sanders
I'm Luke Sanders, a low back pain specialist helping lifters and active people overcome pain without giving up the training they love.
Too many people are told to stop training, avoid lifting or simply learn to live with their pain. I take a different approach.
I bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance by combining biomechanics, strength programming and hands-on treatment. The goal isn't simply to reduce pain — it's to help you understand why it's happening, build a more resilient body and keep progressing with confidence.
